ASHCare™Fall Prevention Program

Coverage for virtual functional assessment, virtual home safety assessment, and intervention to improve balance, physical activity, and safety with supported action plans assigned by Virtual Physical Therapists and supported by a coach for health improvement. Members may purchase home safety and support products and engage in fitness activities.

Differences between the CMS-Required Benefit and the ASH Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefit options

ASH administers both CMS-required and Medicare Advantage supplemental benefit programs.

ASH Medicare Advantage supplemental benefit options (SBO) provide coverage for services that are not covered by the CMS-required benefits, or extend coverage for CMS-required benefits. These SBO programs provide easier access and broader coverage to improve the health of members and increase the value of the Medicare Advantage benefit offering.
ASH manages the Medicare Advantage CMS-required benefits allowing the Medicare Advantage plan to optimize the clinical effectiveness and cost efficiency of the clinical services provided by ASH credentialed providers and the ASH administration systems.

Why ASH is uniquely qualified to administer the Medicare Advantage Benefit Program for Medicare Advantage plans

ASH was founded in 1987 in California to develop provider networks and management programs to administer chiropractic and other ancillary benefit programs for health plans, insurance companies, and HMOs.
