Dear Active&Fit Direct Client,


As you heard from our CEO last week, the Active&Fit Direct™ program is committed to supporting our Clients and Enrollees. 

Our world has certainly been turned upside down by COVID-19 in the past few weeks.

The Active&Fit Direct program currently has Enrollees using the Online Fitness on-Demand videos and Connected!™ programs. We have other Enrollees using fitness centers in some states where it may be considered appropriate. As of this week, approximately 25% of our fitness center partner locations remain open. We have Enrollees who are waiting eagerly for us to turn a corner with the COVID-19 challenge and be able to start exercising again.

To support your employees or members at this difficult time, we are committed to providing the following.

For existing Active&Fit Direct Enrollees – Effective March 25, we will provide the opportunity for Active&Fit Direct Enrollees to remain enrolled in the Active&Fit Direct program and register for Financial Credits instead of cancelling their membership. Please contact  for further details. Additionally, they will reap the same at-home exercise benefits bulleted below for new Enrollees.

For those not yet enrolled in the Active&Fit Direct program – We will be waiving the $25 enrollment fee April through June due to COVID-19, and emphasizing the Active&Fit Direct At-Home Program which includes:

  • 800+ Online Fitness on-Demand exercise classes;
  • Weekly Emails sharing Home exercise tips;
  • Robust online library for exercise, nutrition and Healthy Living, and;
  • Connected! programs which provide connection with over 250 Mobile Apps and Wireless Mobile Devices to track activity.

We are providing clients program materials including this flier free of charge emphasizing the option for your members/employees to stay active at home with our 800+ Online Fitness on-Demand exercise classes.

We will plan to send you co-branded versions of the flier and similar email template for your use. If you would like additional co-branded items including postcard, flatscreen display or generic web banners, please let me know.

If you plan to create your own materials and/or update your websites that mention the Active&Fit Direct program during this time, please see this template for client content requests. Active&Fit Direct clients MUST submit pieces they create to ASH Marketing for review. Please allow for a 10-day turnaround to review materials. To expedite review, it is suggested that the content not be changed.
